Who You Are : Position Summary :

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for all machines and tools in production include NPI.

Experience with SMT, Wire Bond, Die Attach, Dispensing, Pick and Place process.

What You Will Do :

• Plans and executes activities and resources in support of delivery, quality and cost.
• Develops and implements a rigorous preventive maintenance system.
• Actively measures and analyzes machine up-time and overall equipment efficiency.
• Initiate, lead and executes improvement projects on productivity, yield, maintenance cost

and equipment performance.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications) :

Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor machine troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and safety control.

Field of Study

Any engineering with related field.
