Teach queue management and multitasking under pressure. Enforce recipe adherence and drink presentation standards. Conduct regular taste checks and bar assessments. Address quality lapses with immediate retraining and feedback. Educate staff on hygiene, safety, and cleanliness per F&B regulations. Teach basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Train on restocking procedures, inventory handling, and shift preparation. Identify skills gaps and create refresher training sessions. Coach baristas on advanced techniques (e.g., latte art, pour-over brewing). Promote cross-training with kitchen or floor teams where relevant. Maintain training checklists, evaluation forms, and development plans. Provide weekly feedback summaries to café managers. Update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as needed.
