Configuration Engineer

Overview

Develop, maintain and optimize the BD Quotation Configurator by implementing system updates and troubleshoot technical issues related to the system, including bugs and errors.

Work closely with the regional Key users and the Sales Support team to gather technical specifications, rules, and product updates to enhance the BD Quotation Configurator.

Assist with system integration by collaborating with the development team in Germany to ensure the smooth implementation of new functionalities and improvements.

Support regional users and the global development team in resolving issues, implementing new feature requests, and effectively solving bug reports.

Regularly analyze the configurator program for potential optimizations related to performance, usability, and scalability.

Offer technical support to users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
