Systems Administrator (Linux)

In this role, you’ll manage servers, troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades, and support internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment and is eager to grow their expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor server performance and perform systems maintenance / backups according to requirements, troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Develop expertise for self-improvement and to train staff on new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Perform on-page / off-page optimization activities based on client’s requirements, review client sites, and provide feedback on areas that can be improved.
• Stay on top of latest Baidu-specific and Google algorithm releases and report any changes that may impact the client’s websites.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, the above-listed responsibilities as requested by the company.
• Set up, configure, and maintain web stacks, support dev teams to finetune web stacks.
• Manage and maintain domain list and DNS configs.
• Support marketing teams’ system and WordPress config needs.
• Be ready on call for emergency over the weekends and holidays.
