Sales Funnel Management
- Generate and capture leads in the funnel (volume).
- Convert leads to achieve sales targets (efficiency).
- Capture accurate customer information (transparency).
- Maintain records and report daily to supervisor / Manager.
- Retain and update customer info to support CRM initiatives.
- Ask for referrals from prospects.
- Log all prospective buyers and methods as advised.
- Ensure records and systems are maintained and updated.
- Follow-up on selling aspects like test drives, offers, delivery, and surveys.
Sales Process
