• Educated to SPM level
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of retail operating environment

Technical Skills :

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite – Words, Excel
• Basic knowledge in operating point-of-sale system / cashiering system
• Basic product awareness

• Ability to escalate issues, where necessary
