International Computer Concepts (ICC), CRN's 2025 #1 Fastest Growing Solution Provider in North America is expanding to Malaysia and looking for a local sales leader. This person should have 5-8 years of hands-on technical sales experience ideally within a fast-paced environment with deep understanding of the offerings from Nvidia, Dell, Supermicro, Lenovo, HPE, Red Hat, etc.
Responsibilities
- Proactively recruit and coach new team members
- Analyze vertical markets & develop strategies for targeted accounts.
- Forecast sales metrics and revenue growth accurately using CRM tools
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients to achieve sales targets.
- Lead by example selling complete lifecycle datacenter solutions
- Communicate value propositions : Enterprise Hardware Solutions, HPC / AI Workstation / Server, Co-Location Services, Cloud Computing, Managed Services
- Create & conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Prepare and negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts with clients.
- Develop sales pipeline with new and existing customers
- Work closely with USA home-office, Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Technical Teams to align on client needs and solution delivery.
