The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring alignment, adoption and successful rollout of initiatives such as new retail technologies, Power BI dashboards, retail SOPs and process standardization. Main Roles and Responsibilities
Project management & Execution
Drive end-to-end management of regional retail operations projects, from planning to rollout and post-implementation review. Coordinate with country operations managers, retail managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project adoption across markets. Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, and trackers to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery. Framework & Standards Deployment
Support the implementation and scaling of the LUXASIA RX Framework across all regional retail markets. Champion retail SOPs, process harmonisation, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence. Identify gaps in execution and provide solutions to strengthen compliance and adoption. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Act as the central point of coordination between regional and local markets, ensuring clear communication, buy-in, and alignment. Influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive adoption of new initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to update leadership and business stakeholders on progress and impact. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Support the introduction of new technologies and digital tools (e.g., retail tech, Power BI dashboards) to elevate retail operations and customer experience. Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and research to provide insights for project decisions. Proactively identify opportunities to improve project execution, efficiency, and scalability. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations or related field. 3-5+ years of experience in project management, retail operations or transformation roles, ideally within regional or multi-market organisations. Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple countries and stakeholders. Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to drive alignment in a matrix organisation.
