Corporate Communications Executive

Assist with the writing, graphic design and editing of bulletin, banners, posters, invitations, official letters, speeches and other materials that communicate the Company's activities or technologies.

Respond to inquiries from the Company's website and media inquiries.

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships / partnerships with the Company's stakeholders, such as the government, academia and the community as directed by the Department Head.

Assist in advancing the Company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) communication efforts.

Support the department in resource and budget management by monitoring and tracking expenses to ensure that communication and ESG initiatives are executed within the allocated financial resources.

Assist with event management activities; plan, coordinate and execute events (both internal and external) including the Employee Quarterly Communications Briefing (Employee Town Hall Meeting), exhibitions, Company events.

Maintain the SilTerra website to ensure that the content remains up to date, compiling relevant materials from each content owner.

Assist to manage the Company's social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the Company's brand and values.

Assist to implement the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
