(JO) Sales Manager (58422)

Our company is the Malaysian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive parts manufacturer.Our clients include a wide range of companies, primarily automotive manufacturers (both Malaysian and Japanese) as well as machinery manufacturers.We are currently seeking a Sales Manager or Sales Manager Candidate to oversee the Sales Department and lead the organization by achieving results personally as well.

(Main Responsibilities)-Follow up with existing customers (regular meetings, acquiring new projects, follow-up on existing items, etc.)-Develop new business with potential clients-Formulate and execute sales strategies, including numerical analysis-Overall management of the Sales Department-Train, guide, set targets, and monitor progress for a team of 5–6 subordinates

(Additional Information)-Domestic and overseas business trips (currently about once every six months, with potential for increased frequency in the future)
