Senior Baker

We are looking for an experienced Senior Baker to join the Maaez Delights team If you are meticulous, creative, and capable of leading a team to produce high-quality baked goods — we want you on board

Requirements :

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the bakery / pastry industry.
• Skilled in various baking techniques (cakes, cookies, pastries; kek lapis experience is a plus).
• Able to train and supervise assistant bakers.
• Consistent, detail-oriented, and committed to product quality.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and able to perform under high-order volume.
• Willing to travel (outstation when required).
• Willing to support marketing activities and participate in sales booths when needed.
• Possess a recognized certification such as :
• SKM Level 3 / 4 in Bakery / Pastry (JPK)
• Diploma in Pastry Arts (Polytechnic, UiTM, Kolej Komuniti, IKBN, GiatMARA)
• City & Guilds (UK) or Le Cordon Bleu (added advantage)
