Project Executive - Property Development

To ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company’s Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring.

To inspect and monitor at all times each stage of the construction works including piling, structural and architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, external works and the infrastructure works.

To ensure that all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan.

To identify all remedial / outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.

Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspection and handovers including ensuring that all as-built drawings are prepared and a copy kept with the relevant Project Managers prior to issuance of certificate of practical completion.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ working experience in developers / consultants / contractor firms
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO procedure and Qlassic
• Display professionalism and confidence
• Possess leadership skill and will be able to resolve conflict with contractor
• Possess good supervision skill and quality awareness
