This is an exciting opportunity for a Japanese‑speaking professional to join an established life science company as an FP&A specialist. The role focuses on financial planning and analysis within the Accounting & Finance department in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial planning, budgeting and forecasting to support business decision‑making processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
• Provide insights into financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with corporate financial strategies.
• Monitor key financial metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support the preparation of management presentations and financial dashboards.
• Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English to liaise with stakeholders and teams.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.
