About this Position Defining and leading KAM strategies, growth plans and innovation roadmap to achieve regional / local Business Unit (BU) / Strategy Business Unit (SBU) goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute regional / local key account strategy (short- / mid- and long-term) aligned with SBU / BU strategy.
- Lead, coach and develop a team.
- Deliver sales plans and project pipeline.
- Optimize sales mix to achieve higher growth and margins.
- Ensure correct manufacturing footprint aligns with focus segment growth.
- Develop sustainable long-term relationships with key accounts, negotiate and secure contracts.
- Improve project pipeline.
- Coordinate joint innovation roadmap with customers and develop unique business model for competitive advantage and growth.
- Drive and roll out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling.
- Analyze financial KPIs and proactively steer key account business.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Technical background (surface treatment, chemical engineering, material science) is a plus.Minimum 5 years of professional industrial sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Regional management experience in Southeast Asia is preferred.Fluent in English; strong Vietnamese preferred; additional language skills (Chinese / Japanese / Korean) are a merit.Some Perks of Joining Henkel
