Junior RPA System Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior RPA System Analyst to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, design RPA solutions, and support the implementation of robotic process automation to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across the organization.

What You'll Do

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

Design and develop RPA workflows using automation tools

Test and validate automated solutions for accuracy

Troubleshoot and maintain existing RPA systems

Document process flows and technical specifications

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in RPA or process analysis

Knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with process mapping and documentation

Basic programming knowledge (VB.NET, C#, Python preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
