Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and records.Assist in compiling, formatting, and submitting documents to authorities and management offices.Liaise with relevant government / authority departments for submission requirements.Track submission status, follow-up on approvals, and update progress reports.Ensure all documentation complies with authority guidelines and company standards.Experience in handling documentation for authority submission (e.g., local councils, management offices) is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editing).have own transport (for authority-related errands)Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
