IT Application Support Executive

Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues related to software applications in a timely and efficient manner Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related problems, escalating to the vendors as needed Provide end-user training and guidance on the effective use of software applications Maintain detailed records of support activities and generate reports on system performance and support metrics Collaborate with the team to implement application upgrades, patches, and new functionalities Assist in the development and enhancement of support documentation and knowledge base articles Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in application support and customer service Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Master in Information Technology or Computer Science. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar application support or IT help desk role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with software applications, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Infor M3 ERP (preferably on Supply Chain Management solutions) and / or farm management systems will be of added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users. Good spoken and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage when liaising with vendors from China. Demonstrated customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional support Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines Willing to be based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
