Responsibilities
- Be an expert on the e-commerce landscape in consumer electronics markets and use your knowledge to influence local strategies
- Develop new products launch, product promotion, product pricing strategy and marketing campaign in collaboration with Product, Marketing and Digital Marketing teams
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations including sell‑out, product listings, stock availability, ageing inventory and UI / UX improvements
- Own the reporting and analysis of key KPIs (traffic, sales, acquisition, customer interaction, customer conversion) across all eCommerce channels, keeping stakeholders and leader abreast of performance
- Explore new potential marketplaces and onboard them to increase Directshare of business
- Explore partnership with external partners (e.g. banks / distributors / enterprise) to improve e-commerce experience and platform capabilities
- Working closely with Marketing, SCM, Customer Service, Logistic and HQ digital team to optimize customer experience journey
- Maintain a brand store on lg.com and marketplaces to enable shoppers to further explore our full products portfolio
- Lead the online and in-store strategy & annual marketing plan; and include your ideas as building blocks toward our business plan
Requirements
At least 5 years of eCommerce Sales experience with a Bachelor’s degree in any fieldStrong understanding of e-commerce market dynamics and technologyStrong sales and marketing experience managing direct-to-consumer platformsDemand planning experienceExcellent leadership, communication, project management, analytic and problem‑solving skillsData‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience in tools like Google Analytics, CMS, etc.Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishOverview
