BIM Team Leader (Office-Based)

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multiple BIM teams across several ongoing projects.
• Plan, assign, and monitor team workloads to meet all project timelines.
• Mentor and develop BIM coordinators and modellers to strengthen team performance.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project requirements and comply with BEP standards.
• Perform clash detection and drive quick resolution to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain company BIM standards, templates, and libraries across all projects.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks prior to submission.
• Manage information and data flow within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Support integration of BIM with 4D / 5D planning and digital construction tools.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide training, guidance, and promote continuous learning within the team.
• Report progress, challenges, and resource needs to management promptly.
• Track BIM KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and project excellence.
• Take full ownership of project timelines—proactively resolving delays, including hands-on involvement when necessary.
