Account Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPossess Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent. At least 2-5 years working experience in accounting. Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Timely and detail-oriented. Demonstrates high level of commitment and ability to work under pressure. Must willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Klang.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
- Record and process all financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and financial reports, to ensure timely submission to management.
- Maintain updated and proper records of financial transactions in systems.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
