Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. Proven experience in accounting and finance leadership roles. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
