Assistant Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist on all matters including but not limited to litigation, contract, corporate and all other legal matters;
• In charge in recording of all legal and compliance matters;
• Responsible in appointment of liaising and coordinating with external solicitors on all legal matters;
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by immediate superior or Head of Department;
• Provide legal advices on company’s business activities;
• Manage and supervise dispute cases which includes providing legal advice on contractors / suppliers / clients related complaints, reviewing cause papers and / or documents relation to tribunal claims or legal suits, and liaising with external solicitors if necessary.
• To negotiate settlement-related matters and prepare the necessary documents, including but not limited to the drafting of agreements.
• To ensure the Integrated Management Systems and Anti-Bribery Management System procedures are implemented.
