As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup culture, excels at relationship management, and enjoys collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Job Summary
- Manage and grow relationships with resellers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Onboard new resellers and provide training on product offerings, sales strategies, and commission structures.
- Monitor reseller performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase engagement.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the reseller network.
- Act as the main point of contact for resellers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize the reseller program.
- Track performance metrics and provide reports on reseller growth, revenue, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments to enhance reseller success and program competitiveness.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Account Growth – Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize client value.
- Onboarding & Support – Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience.
- Retention & Engagement – Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure clients receive the best possible service and solutions.
- Reporting & Insights – Analyze account performance, track key metrics, and provide reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
2+ years experience in account management, channel sales, or reseller program managementStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales tracking softwareDesired Characteristics
