Your Role in VT Markets

As a specialist, this person will play a critical role within the team by creating and distributing best-in-class, consistent and relevant content on social that attracts, retains and drive customer action within our target audiences as well as being the brand custodian and ensure standardisation and drive brand equity through successful deployment and localisation of global toolkits.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of agency or brand work experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing and / or creative content writing. Candidates with agency experience are highly preferred. Preferably with experience in financial and fintech industry.
• Self-starter with excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media best practices.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and an ability to multitask.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong storyteller with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent organisational aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers.
• Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfil tasks according to specified timelines.
• Experience with photography, image / video editing software for social media, and experience in financial industry content creation is a plus.
• Ability to project manage and multitask in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination context.
• Ability to provide strategic insights and help create graphic design / content in various forms.
• Preferably experience leading a team for a manager role. Need to have a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
