Business Analyst

Be well-acquainted with the company’s operational procedures, product features, and the professional knowledge required for business activities.

Conduct basic testing and preliminary troubleshooting for system anomalies on the vendor’s or client’s side, resolve common issues, and record and report the outcomes.

Possess familiarity with the architecture of online games (Web / App) or Business-to-Business (B2B) systems, and provide comprehensive product explanations to vendors or clients.

Assist vendors or clients in product configuration services, and maintain existing product configurations to ensure service quality and stability.

Document vendor or client requirements, consolidate and conceptualize such requirements, and possess the capability to formalize them into written documentation for subsequent operations.

Requirements

• Proficient in data processing, analysis, and interpretation, with the ability to utilize relevant data analysis tools and techniques.
• Well-versed in relevant IT software industries and business domains, with an understanding of corporate objectives and requirements, capable of providing effective business insights.
• Possess strong communication skills, a positive work attitude, and the ability to collaborate within teams as well as work independently.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with strong control over timelines for assigned tasks
• Mandarin speaker in order to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in tools and systems such as Figma, Notion, Axure, and Jira.
