Job Title : Chat Support Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Location : KL Sentral

Salary : RM 4,000 (Basic – Fixed) + RM 500 (KPI) + up to RM 300 (Shift Allowance)

Working Hours : Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Working Days : 5 days a week

Joining Date : 17 September (Fixed Intake)

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking & writing) – Mandatory
  • Good English communication (preferred)
  • Prior Customer Service / Chat Support experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer queries via chat / email
  • Provide accurate and professional responses
  • Perform data entry and account verification (if required)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
