    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external party
  • Prepare documentation (such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, COA, COO, Insurance, Application for Collection, Bank Draft etc)
  • Ensure compliance with Customers' Standard Operating Procedures
  • Proofreading of BL drafts & Approval of BL drafts to Carriers
  • Requesting amendment of BL drafts to Carriers (if any)
  • Arrange booking of ocean vessels and drayage for export containers and update systems accordingly
  • Read e-mails several times daily and reply to all emails daily
  • Commit to get orders completed in compliance with KPI. Take all possible action to complete orders and log corresponding Non-Conformances if third parties are preventing order completion within KPI

    • Job Requirement :

  • Willing to work night shift (Support US Time Zone)
  • Available to work in Public Holiday if being required (overtime / off in lieu (replacement leave) will be given)
  • Prior experience with documentation preparation and booking would be advantageous
  • At least 1-3 years working experience in the related field
  • Ability to prioritize work, well organized and good coordination
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Able to start within short notice will be an advantage
