Job descriptionGrowth and development opportunities Multinational customer profiles and processes Innovative supply chain solutions and digital logistics platforms Multicultural environment 5 Days Work Week (Night Shift) – With Night Shift Allowance Working Location : Persiaran Raja Muda Musa Klang Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements Liaise with internal and external party Prepare documentation (such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, COA, COO, Insurance, Application for Collection, Bank Draft etc) Ensure compliance with Customers' Standard Operating Procedures Proofreading of BL drafts & Approval of BL drafts to Carriers Requesting amendment of BL drafts to Carriers (if any) Arrange booking of ocean vessels and drayage for export containers and update systems accordingly Read e-mails several times daily and reply to all emails daily Commit to get orders completed in compliance with KPI. Take all possible action to complete orders and log corresponding Non-Conformances if third parties are preventing order completion within KPI Willing to work night shift (Support US Time Zone) Available to work in Public Holiday if being required (overtime / off in lieu (replacement leave) will be given) Prior experience with documentation preparation and booking would be advantageous At least 1-3 years working experience in the related field Ability to prioritize work, well organized and good coordination Good communication skills and proficiency in English Able to start within short notice will be an advantage
