Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and respond promptly to customer inquiries, queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyse customer issues and implement effective solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
  • Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar advisor role
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing processes and technologies
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practice
  • English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (would be advantage)
