About the role

As the Production Manager at AIG GLASS SDN BHD', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department. This full-time role in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective manufacturing of the company's products.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
  • Manage production workflows, schedules, and inventory to optimise efficiency and minimise waste

  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (3+ years) in a production management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges quickly and effectively
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of production personnel
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
