Our signature offerings range from Nasi Lemak and Mee Siam to Shawarma and Falafel, creating a truly multicultural dining experience for our guests. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team and play a key role in our growth. Position : Senior Restaurant Supervisor Salary Range : RM 2,500 – RM 3200 (depending on experience) 2 complimentary meals daily Performance-based commission EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory contributions Staff discounts and career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Supervise and train service staff, fostering teamwork and professionalism. Maintain excellent customer service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and suppliers. Prepare and submit daily reports on sales and expenses to management. KPI : Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and submitted before end of each business day. Support management with scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B (kopitiam, café, casual dining, or similar environment preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Malaysian food culture; familiarity with Western / Arabian cuisine is an advantage. Ability to manage a multicultural team with respect and professionalism. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Language skills highly encouraged : English and Mandarin / Cantonese (to serve our diverse customer base). Why Join Us?
