Role and Responsibilities : Actively monitor and participate in conversations across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand voice. Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen our online community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Track, analyse, and report on community engagement metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Plan and execute online events, such as live Q&A sessions, webinars, and community challenges, to increase engagement and brand loyalty. Address and escalate any community issues or crises with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring a swift and appropriate response. Turn complex data into engaging, actionable market updates and bring numbers to life through community interactions. Qualifications and Requirements : Proven experience in managing social media accounts and fostering community engagement, especially on Telegram Deep knowledge of the fintech industry, with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A second language such as French or Arabic is highly regarded. A high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and care.
