What will you do?
- Social Listening & Monitoring
- Use tools like Talkwalker and Meltwater to monitor brand mentions, emerging issues, and competitor activities across social media and digital platforms.
- Assist in identifying trends, spikes, and negative sentiment that may signal reputational risks.
- Tag and categorize mentions accurately to support clear sentiment and issue analysis
- Crisis Support & Tracking
- Help maintain crisis trackers and dashboards with up-to-date information during active issues.
- Provide timely updates to internal and client teams by compiling summaries of key conversations and sentiment changes.
- Participate in after-action reviews and crisis scenario planning to improve preparedness.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly social listening reports, including high-level summaries and engagement data.
- Assist in creating visual charts and summaries tailored for client-facing presentations, including C-suite-ready reports.
- Document issues and timelines in back-end trackers for audit and analysis purposes.
- Internal & Cross-Functional Support :
- Liaise with internal teams such as content, communications, and account servicing to ensure insights are delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine key messaging recommendations based on listening findings.
What skills and experience you will need?
Prior experience (1–3 years) in social media, digital marketing, or community management is an advantage, but we also welcome junior or entry-level candidates with strong interest and potential.Familiarity with social listening tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater) is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.Strong attention to detail with a passion for trends, public opinion, and how brands are perceived online.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during time-sensitive situations.Good written and visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Dashboards).By submitting this, you agree to this Privacy Notice and you will be deemed to have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice :
