Penerangan pekerjaanDrive the full-cycle recruitment process, leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and manage day-to-day recruitment operations Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications, update candidate progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records Stay informed on market trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for non-technical roles
- Skilled in evaluating both hard and soft skills during the hiring process
- Proficient with recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring teams
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership : able to meet hiring goals, deadlines, and performance metrics without compromising on quality
- Flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating challenges with a problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering a smooth, candidate-focused experience
