- LEAD full-cycle, multicultural recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate and technical roles across multiple functions
- BUILD strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
- DELIVER a top-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage of the hiring process
- PROVIDE data-driven practices that empower hiring teams to make smarter, faster decisions
- STAY informed on industry trends and best practices to keep talent acquisition strategies competitive
- ACT as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning workforce plans with business goals
- UTILIZE data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
- CHAMPION employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent
- Work on tasks that may be assigned from time to time
