Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantageMinimum 2 years of experience in customer service in a contact centreEnjoy people engagement and providing good advice and patience in dealing with complex problemsGood interpersonal and communication skillsPossess a pleasant and cheerful dispositionLocation will be based in Kuala Lumpur - MalaysiaWilling to work on 24 / 7 rotational shift scheduleMandarin speaking is an advantage - as you will be dealing with Chinese callers.Seniority Level
