Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Support in organizing and maintaining company records and files
- Help prepare reports, letters, and other documents
- Manage data entry and update databases accurately
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries
- Provide general office support to the team
Requirements
Internship duration : 3 to 6 months.Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Science Administration, Public Administration, Corporate Administration or related field.Good organizational and time-management skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva) or Google Workspace.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.What we offer
