Wintel Support Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor in Computer Science or related discipline Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable Self-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese is a plus Knowing in SAN infrastructure, SiteScope, AD and VMware is a plus Willing to work night shift & and on public holidays
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve escalated incidents in Windows Server platforms
- Escalate case to L3 Infrastructure / app team if needed
- Perform regular server operations : setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc…
- Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning
- Prepare and maintain technical documentations
- Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storages
- Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance
Qualifications
2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage
