Vendor Operations Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify productivity bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective measures. Work closely with vendors to establish clear KPIs and implement performance improvement plans. 2. Delivery & Quality Oversight Evaluate delivery data to detect risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with QA, Training, and Project teams to align vendor outputs with internal quality benchmarks. 3. Data-Driven Operations Optimization Present data insights to management and stakeholders for decision-making support. Standardize operational processes across vendor partners to improve consistency and scalability. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business management, operations, statistics, or related disciplines. 3+ years of experience in vendor management, data operations, or performance analytics , ideally within tech or AI industries. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; SQL or Python skills are a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in cross-functional team coordination. Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail; able to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.

We are looking for a data-driven and process-oriented Vendor Operations Manager to oversee external supplier performance across productivity, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will work closely with internal project teams and external vendors to ensure human efficiency and delivery outcomes meet organizational standards. You will use data analysis, dashboards, and structured reporting to monitor vendor productivity, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across multiple supplier sites.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Vendor Productivity Management
Track and analyze vendor efficiency metrics (through Excel, dashboards, and other tools) to ensure optimal resource utilization and throughput.
Monitor vendor delivery progress and ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned workloads.
Design and maintain tracking reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to visualize vendor performance trends.
Qualifications
Fluent in English, capable of collaborating with international teams and vendors effectively.
