The Position

This role involves coordinating and managing compliance activities for the assigned affiliate within the division. You will evaluate healthcare and privacy compliance, ethics, and related legislation and regulations, determining requirements for Roche policies and procedures. Additionally, you will assess employee expense claims promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

You will manage and complete internal and external reporting related to healthcare, privacy, and ethics compliance. Providing guidance and support to the business, you will respond to inquiries, escalate potential violations, and ensure compliance adherence across teams and individuals.

Role Responsibilities :

• Operational : Responsible for assessing employee expense claims against policies and regulations, documenting assessment activities, escalating issues, and supporting report and training material preparation. Collaborate with the Reporting Line Manager to recommend process improvements.
