T&E Compliance Analyst (Japanese Speaker)
Position Overview
Coordinates and manages compliance activities for the assigned affiliate within the division. Evaluates healthcare, privacy compliance, ethics, and related legislation to determine requirements for Roche policies and procedures. Assesses employee expense claims against company policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess compliance of employee expense claims promptly and accurately.
- Document all compliance assessments in Concur during claim processing.
- Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Line Manager and Affiliate as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and training materials on compliance updates.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
