We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage the accounts of the company. This role involves handling the end-to-end accounting cycle - from data entry and reconciliation to financial reporting and compliance.

You will play an important role to :
Handle full set of accounts : journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and month-end / year-end closing.Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).Manage accounts payable (A / P) and accounts receivable (A / R), including billing, collections, and vendor payments.Prepare taxation and e-invoicing submissions.Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure transactions are coded correctly.Ensure timely submission of financial reports and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Record and process all financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.To be successful in this role you will need to have :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantageMinimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the commodities, trading, or financial services sectors.We are looking for a Mandarin speaker, as the nature of our business and working environment requires proficiency in Mandarin.
