Primary Duties :

Market & Product Insights

: Analyze products and solutions to provide deep insights into application scenarios, customer pain points, and competitor offerings. Identify new leads and business opportunities from a product perspective.

Customer Requirement Management

: Engage directly with customers' technical teams to thoroughly understand their needs. Deliver valuable, customized solutions, oversee the full requirements management process, and support the definition of international platform products.

Product & Market Expansion

: Work closely with overseas sales teams to establish and operate the CC3 project team. Drive market research, customer acquisition, solution selection, and commissioning, ensuring project success. Incubate and replicate competitive solutions across industries and regions to enhance customer influence and brand reputation.

Internal Knowledge Sharing

: Share successful cases and best practices, strengthen solution delivery capabilities across teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational expertise.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial automation industry.

Strong knowledge of servos, inverters, PLCs, and their application in automation solutions.

Prior experience working with a reputable company in the industrial automation field is an advantage.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Willing to travel overseas extensively.
