Penerangan pekerjaanManage overall company internet access as well as leased line and VPN connections to ensure stable and secure connectivity for all users. Monitor, configure, and maintain SSLVPN systems to support secure access for remote workers. Maintain the company’s email systems, ensuring smooth and seamless operation, security, uptime and reliable backup processes. Implement email backup strategies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery capabilities. Administer and maintain email filtering, security protocols, and anti-spam solutions. Configure, manage, and monitor the company’s firewalls to safeguard network resources and maintain optimal security. Regularly review and update security policies to protect against emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Provide ongoing support for network security, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and endpoint security. Create, maintain and update Master IT inventory records of all IT hardware and software license. Monitor and maintain server security, backups, and other critical systems to prevent disruptions in business operations. Coordinate with other departments to resolve IT issues and ensure systems are performing optimally. Coordinate all IT-related installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Ensure the regular testing, troubleshooting, and modification of information systems to ensure they operate effectively and securely. Ensure that comprehensive backup systems are in place for all critical systems, including email, ERP, and network configurations. Evaluate technology risks, manage regular testing of backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure data resilience and recovery in case of emergencies. Plan and budget for purchase of new hardware and software as well as support adhoc request from requestors and propose adjustments as necessary to align with business priorities. Liaise with department heads and management to identify IT hardware and software needs that improve business operations and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, application developments, and industry best practices. Ensure all IT activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Technology, IT Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years prior experience with providing IT related and workstation support, experience in ERP business central and smart project knowledge will be more advantageous. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Business Central Knowledge of multiple desktop programs, configuration, and debugging techniques. The ability to prioritize with a sense of urgency and a commitment to the timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality. Understanding of applicable laws, codes, and regulations related to IT operations and ability to assess and mitigate technology risks to protect the organization’s data and infrastructure. Technology awareness & ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that align with the company’s goals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex IT challenges. Experience in managing IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion. Computer literate & Proficiency in Microsoft office and good at oral and written communication skills for reporting requirements. Good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels and to work cross-functionally. Proven ability to manage and lead IT teams effectively. A team player who is disciplined, independent, self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is optional). Candidate must be willing to work in Prai.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to conduct the daily operations and optimization of our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems (specifically Business Central), system setup, user access management, and a comprehensive understanding of server security, backups, hardware, software, and operating systems. Additionally, you are required to coordinate in IT installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensuring that all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards. To stay updated with the latest technology advancements and industry best practices to continuously improve IT operations.
YOUR TASKS
ERP Business Central Management and Smart Project :
- Knowledge in configuration, customization, and ongoing support of ERP Business Central to meet the company’s operational needs.
- Manage system setup, user roles, permissions, and access rights to ensure proper functionality and security.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP users, ensuring system uptime and user productivity.
- To coordinate with ERP vendor for related IT technical on ERP licensing, system set up, training manuals, and providing user supports and trainings for the ERP implementation and day-to-day operations.

To manage the organization’s use of IT master files, ERP and server user’s access rights, roles and views, data control, IT reporting to Management on overall IT operations and other tasks as assigned by Management.
