Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities

• Handle daily processing of sales and remittance advice data, ensuring timeliness & accuracy for 3rd Party & Intercompany within the agreed country SLA.
• Maintain data in strict adherence to internal control procedures for effective credit control & collection of debts.
• Serve as the expert on Cash Application processes and related systems, collaborating with work streams during process enhancements, acquisitions / divestitures, and major system implementations.
• Prioritise and resolve functional issues appropriately.
• Frequent liaison with internal sales & administrative personnel and customers to identify and resolve customer account issues.
• Engage actively with the business team country supported.
• Initiate monthly engagement meetings as a pulse check on service delivery.
• Prepare KPI reporting on a monthly basis.
