About the Role

Responsible for ensuring AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standards

Roles and responsibilities

• To deliver all activities related to the facilitating and creation of accurate and clear User Requirements for all Digital system enhancements / projects / new products / production incidents related to the Customer Experience Division.
• To deliver all activities related to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management of all Digital system enhancements / projects / new products / production incidents related to the Customer Experience Division.
• To lead / project manage end-to-end activities for small scale Digital projects, which involve system enhancements and / or business process changes within Customer Experience Division only.
• To streamline existing Digital processes to be more simplified and standardized across the business channels within Customer Experience Division.
