Min 2 year work experience in a software development role, preferably in a startup. (Formal education is not required, but a relevant degree or bootcamp completion is a plus) Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and CSS. Strong fundamentals in web best practices including frontend performance, accessibility and security. Understanding user focused features like browser quirks, IA & SEO is a plus. Proven ability to deliver results, with a bias for action.
