Senior Distributor Business Development Executive
Overview
Suu Balm is a consumer health skincare brand sold in over 10 countries in Asia and expanding further. We are seeking a permanent Distributor Business Development Executive to strengthen Suu Balm’s presence in distributor markets and explore new market opportunities. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, requiring close collaboration with the Regional Supply Chain & Distributor Development Lead to manage relationships, support sales, and ensure smooth operations with international distributors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and capable of balancing both sales execution and administrative / operational tasks.

Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of existing distributors in assigned markets.
- Act as the main contact point for operational issues, order processing, and routine communication.
- Marketing & Trade Support : Coordinate with internal Marketing teams to provide distributors with updated brand guidelines, digital assets, and promotional plans.
- Support execution of distributor-led promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Collect and track monthly sales reports from distributors along with spending, rebates and incentives; evaluate marketing effectiveness, ROI, and compare data vs budget; identify sales gaps and follow up with distributors to address shortfalls.
Business Development
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new business opportunities in priority markets.Prepare company / product presentations, sales decks, and proposals for potential partners.Support preparation and execution of international trade fairs, exhibitions, or distributor conferences; coordinate logistics, samples, marketing collateral, and schedules for events.Support in contract preparation, renewal, and follow-up of distributor agreements.Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights into market trends, pricing, and product opportunities.Share monthly / quarterly market intelligence with management to support decision-making.Provide feedback from distributors on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure product availability, accurate forecasting, and timely deliveries.Liaise with Finance to support credit control, payment terms, and claims reconciliation.Collaborate with Marketing for campaign execution and compliance with brand guidelines.Reporting & Presentations
Prepare monthly reports on distributor performance, sales pipeline, and market activities.Present findings and updates to the Regional Supply Chain & Distributor Development Lead and senior management.What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field3-5 years of experience in international distributor sales, international sales, or international sales / marketingProven exposure to managing distributors or selling through distributor channels (FMCG / FMCH preferred)Strong execution ability and gets things done with accuracy and speedGood with numbers, reporting, and administrative follow-upsProactive, self-starting and able to work independently with common sense and practical problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing distributor relationshipsWillingness to travel internationally if requiredSeniority level
