Senior Project

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in product or project management, preferably in CRM, financial systems, or enterprise software; Proven ability to write and manage Statements of Work (SOW), with strong understanding of scope control, resource planning, and delivery standards; Solid technical understanding of software development, especially in the C# / .NET ecosystem; Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts; Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), with hands-on experience driving full product lifecycle delivery; Strong skills in requirement analysis, process design, and documentation; Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills; highly responsible and self-driven. Prior experience working in financial institutions or fintech companies, with knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial workflows; Familiarity with CRM core modules such as customer lifecycle management, sales automation, and customer data analytics; Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP; Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business needs into structured product solutions; Experience leading client-facing meetings and internal review sessions with professional presentation / reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take full ownership of financial CRM product planning, requirements management, project execution, and delivery;
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOW) to clearly define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables;
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including business research, competitor analysis, PRD documentation, and release planning;
- Work closely with the development team (C# / .NET) to ensure accurate implementation of product requirements;
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets; organize regular review meetings, milestone checks, and release coordination;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, QA, implementation, and customer support to ensure project alignment and timely delivery;
- Collect and analyze user feedback and system usage data to drive product optimization and iterative improvement;
- Maintain all key project documentation, including SOWs, requirement documents, feature lists, test plans, and release notes.
