Job Description :

  • Perform day-to-day procurement activities includes developing purchasing plan based on production schedule, create and modify PO, shipment and delivery follow-up.
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of procurement activities, which comply with ISO 9000, 5S, SOPP and WIP requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments for efficient and effective manufacturing activities and spare parts management.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent (CGPA 3.0 / 2nd upper and above).
  • Experienced in Manufacturing / Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good evaluation and analysis skills.
  • Computer proficiency : Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
